Shipping Policy

The products are typically dispatched within 5-10 days of order confirmation depending on your destination. Once the product is dispatched, we will notify you of the same.

The product will be shipped via reputed overseas courier partner. To ensure that the product get delivered within time and in its original condition, we have partnered with a packaging solution that uses 100% upcycled plastic to wrap our items. 

For shipping outside India, a flat fee of $100 will be added during the final checkout.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns

 

Since our products are one of a kind and we deliver them worldwide, we don’t offer returns. However, we do provide partial/full refund in case of damaged product received.

If in special case return is accepted, buyer shall return the product in its original condition to below mentioned address.

Refunds

 

We ensure that our packaging is robust enough to keep our products intact throughout its journey to your home. That’s the reason we offer refunds only when a customer receives a damaged product.

 

If the product is damaged and is brought to our notice within 48 hours of the delivery along with supporting images, we will issue partial/full refund based on the evidences and condition of the product.

If 48 hours have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer you a refund.

Cancellation

If your orders are not shipped from our warehouse, you may opt to cancel the order by sending an email or through a message. 8% of the order value will be charged against the online bank transaction fee and instant refund will be processed.

Customized Products

No return, credit note or exchange will be offered on customized products. Customized products are made to suit a specific requirement and we won't be able to exercise any return/exchange in such cases. Please review your design carefully before making your purchase. 

Late or missing refunds

If you don’t receive your refund within 14 days, please check with or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is issued.
